The word "Gospel" simply means good news. And it is the best news the world has ever heard. Below is the story of what God has done — and what it means for you, right now, wherever you are.
God Loves You
Before you were born, before you made a single choice, God loved you. Not because of what you've done — but simply because you are His. His love is not earned. It is freely given.
"For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life."
We All Fall Short
Every one of us has made choices that pull us away from God. The Bible calls this sin — and it creates a separation between us and the God who made us. No amount of good works can bridge that gap on our own.
"For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God."
Jesus Paid the Price
God didn't leave us in that separation. He sent His Son, Jesus Christ, to live the life we couldn't live and die the death we deserved. On the cross, Jesus took the full weight of our sin — so we wouldn't have to.
"But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us."
He Rose Again
Three days after His death, Jesus rose from the grave — defeating sin and death forever. This is the heart of the Gospel: not just a good teacher who died, but a living Savior who conquered the grave.
"He is not here; he has risen, just as he said."
You Can Be Saved
Salvation is not about being good enough. It's about trusting in what Jesus has already done. When you confess your need for Him and believe in your heart that He is Lord, you are saved — fully, freely, and forever.
"If you declare with your mouth, 'Jesus is Lord,' and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved."
"I am the way and the truth and the life."— John 14:6
